The Stuart Fraser-Thomson Foundation is committed to raising funds in order to fund mobility solutions for terminally ill patients. These are people who prefer to spend their final weeks in their own home with their family and friends, rather than have to go into a hospice because they have become unable to move around the house.

John has recorded and toured with the likes of Johnny Cash, Bob Dylan, Barbara Streisand, Willie Nelson and Elton John.
